1989 First Edition of MONET'S TABLE: The Cooking Journals of Claude Monet

I stumbled across this unusual cookbook years ago and have been intrigued by it ever since. It includes recipes made at home and for his family and guests (actually none I’ve tried). For me, it’s more a glimpse into his life at home in Giverny, France.
